Terms of Use

RecMind is a personal thinking-map app for solo makers. It is not a team whiteboard, not legal advice, and not an AI code generator. You are responsible for decisions you seal and for any product you ship from your maps.

Local-first use

Free use stores maps on your device. Optional AI digs, Pro export (PDF/PRD), and encrypted sync require network access and, for Pro features, a verified App Store subscription.

RecMind Pro subscriptions

RecMind Pro is offered as auto-renewable App Store subscriptions (monthly product recmind_pro_monthly and yearly product recmind_pro_yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app at purchase (via the App Store) and may vary by territory.

Pro unlocks unlimited maps and nodes, higher monthly AI dig quota, PDF/PRD export, and optional encrypted sync. AI digs remain optional; maps and seals work with digs off.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse AI endpoints, scrape the service, attempt to bypass quotas or billing, or use RecMind to store or transmit unlawful content. We may rate-limit or suspend Worker access for abuse.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost maps, missed seals, or business outcomes. Keep backups of important work (export or Pro sync with a passphrase you control).
